GTEC South East is hosted at The Building Performance Hub in High Wycombe which is a Building Compliance Testers Association (BCTA) operated facility. It’s the UK’s only dedicated centre for practical hands-on training and education of building performance for sustainable buildings.
Based within a 9000sq ft warehouse, The Building Performance Hub features an entire full-scale house filled with specialised rigs, a ventilation commissioning suite and one of the UK’s only specialised sound transmission suites.
GTEC courses on offer include heat pump, electric vehicle (EV) charging point installation, water regulations training and more, all chosen to complement the existing suite of BCTA courses and qualifications.
