This 3-day training allows experienced domestic and commercial electrical operatives who want to install and maintain solar panels to upskill.
Our solar panel installer course delivers the knowledge and skills to design, install, commission, and maintain domestic and commercial solar PV systems.
During the course, you will receive practical training, including work on:
You will also cover theory relating to health & safety, industry regulations and best-practice.
At the end of the 3-days, you will undertake a practical, observed assignment and multiple-choice, open-book theory assessment.
On completion of this course, you will receive an LCL Awards Level 3 Certificate recognised by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
This course is intended for experienced electrical operatives. To undertake the full assessments, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

To ensure full participation in the course, all required pre-requisite documents must be submitted and received no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the course start date.
The course consists of 3 days in-centre training.
